Street Activation

The Challenge

One of our international clients approached 10 STAR and challenged us to design and execute a one-month experiential marketing pop-up in downtown Vancouver.  The pop-up was to be in a high-traffic location with the goal of assisting our client in its education and sampling program of their products.  

The Solution

Our experiential marketing campaign transformed a small piece of parking lot space into a welcoming area of learning and brand awareness that had promotional videos and product samples which rapidly increased the brand’s reach to its target consumer base. The pop-up housed a small lounge area for sitting and the entire structure was illuminated with LED tube lights.  Guests were welcomed by our trained brand ambassadors who educated attendees on our client’s line of products, provided samples, and also offered laser engraving services so attendees could custom design their product. The Seymour and Nelson Street pop-up location quickly created a ton of buzz in the downtown core with many attendees enjoying the Covid friendly brand activation. 

The Outcome

The client was overjoyed by the execution and results of this experiential marketing campaign, especially during an unprecedented time of the global pandemic.  

  • Welcomed 3500 guests to the month-long experience

  • 1250 samples were given out

  • Client’s product search interest hit 96/100 during activation (Google Trends)
